In here cats appear as the heart of flower. Love me, love me not, love me… (In French: "Il m'aime un pen, beaucoup, a la folie, pas du tout…"

Those cats look like they know... Even though by looking at them, I have no clue but I can feel the wisdom and the knowledge behind those piercing eyes. Enigmatic stare. Does this stare know or is it trying to persuade you that you do?

It was not meant to be this way!
So once done I am staring at something totally unplanned… and I hesitated a lot for the title.
The idea right from the beginning was to represent cats from all over the world. Now it looks like they all come from the jungle and copycat the exotic bird colors!!! Love it anyway!

I can't help thinking of the Cheshire Cat (Alice in Wonderland's cat) when I look at him. He seems to be playing with our perception and seems to be ready to magically adjust himself to please the observer or maybe not. Playful he might also contradicts and surprises you.

"Sail", Steel, clear coated.

"Sail" will be donated for the Wicked Good Cause upcoming Winter Ball in Kinsgton.
Always a pinch to see a work go; it was such a thrill to build the sail piece by piece.
It was so nice to go back to welding in the garage… The smell… The color of the melted steel… The atmosphere…. What a treat.. I feel so grateful.
